Culinary Program Students Organized an Iftar Dinner

 

Yalova University Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Services Department Culinary Program students organized a meaningful iftar dinner within the scope of the Banquet Kitchen course conducted by Lecturer Mehmet Emin TURA.

 

In the event held on March 06, 2025, the students prepared and served an iftar menu consisting of Iftar Plate, Carrot Tarator, Seasonal Salad, Vegetable Baked Chicken and Trileçe Dessert together with the instructor.

 

The iftar dinner not only provided the students with the opportunity to develop their professional skills, but also strengthened their sense of solidarity and togetherness. The students who participated in the event stated that working together and gaining experience in their professions was a great source of motivation for them.

 

It was emphasized that such organizations both contribute to vocational training and increase social solidarity, and the students stated that this experience was an unforgettable memory for them.
