About us

Aim of Yalova University Culinary Program; to train innovative, creative, productive, dynamic, hard working, open to development, versatile, visionary executive chefs who have gained professional and academic knowledge and skills in the field of culinary.

 

During the two-year program, it is aimed to provide the candidates with the basic knowledge of food and beverage management as well as teaching all the subtleties of culinary art from the most basic to the most advanced level.


Food and beverage management and cooking techniques are prepared as theoretical and practical courses. Students gain practical experience by practicing with instructors and classmates in applied branches.
